In your case, we are glad that you arrived to the correct pick-up location on time, and that we were able to serve you with the trip you took. On some occasions, this margin has helped customers to correct their location and still be on time for the pick-up. On our 17 years of service, we have had to come up with preventive measures like this one - asking our customers to check-in at their pick-up locations 1-hour prior to the estimated pick-up time - to prevent our customers from missing their trip because they were not present on time at the correct stop. It is understandable that when you add this unplanned delay time to the time in advance that you showed up at the San Diego stop, it turns out to be quite significant. Unfortunately, in our industry, travel time is a factor that is very vulnerable to certain situations beyond our control, such as the traffic volume on the routes we travel. We are sorry if this delay caused you any inconvenience. There was in fact a 24-mins delay our route incurred on the day of your trip. We like to take every opportunity to reconsider our customer's expectations and try our best to better meet them when possible. Greetings Sebastian, and thank you for the time and effort invested into your review. The worst shuttle bus / coach experience I have had. Not to mention the numerous refuelling stops at gas stations… including one TWO BLOCKS from the final drop off point… Here’s an idea… your customers have been sat on a cramped bus for 6/7 hours, how about drop them off then go back two blocks to refill? The suspension on the van was terrible, and you felt like you were bouncing around, and there was no communication from the driver… there were frequent stops where you could have a toilet break, but the driver didn’t tell anyone, he just got out, had a cigarette, then got back on the bus. This made the 6/7 journey extremely uncomfortable. The seating plan we booked oblige for our seats from did not match the configuration of the van, so we ended up in two seats that should not be legal for a long bus journeys (one was right over the wheel arch so almost no leg room, and the other was not a full width seat). The bus itself is really a converted van. We were offered no apology by the woman on the end of the phone, who was rude when we asked why we needed to be there an hour early we were told “in case something happens” - Meaningless. When it got to our pick up time, the coach did not arrive - we called the company and was told the coach had just left - in the end, it was 25 minutes late. We ended up standing around in an absolutely horrible place being approached by extremely sketchy people for an hour for absolutely no reason whatsoever. However, what they don’t tell you is that ‘check-in’ does not exist, the address they list as their depot in San Diego doesn’t exists, and that you are being picked up from a GAS STATION in an extremely sketchy part of San Diego. We were told to arrive one hour early for check-in. If problems persist, call our Tech Support line.We booked a shuttle from San Diego to Las Vegas.
